THE RIDGES HOME

We have one home on the market.

"This is the last home available by my father's former company, Shaylube Construction. It was designed and built by my father with my husband. With this design he was thinking about how a family could live together and still have privacy. He included large areas for gardening and landscape. And to top it off, it's a passive solar design, a rare option in the luxury home market."

TRANQUILO HOME

Tucked away from the city, is this beautiful adobe home built on the edge of Eldorado. The dark wood beams and plaster, make this adobe home a stunning place to live.

"This home was designed by an architect who worked closely with my father over the years, and was one of the first projects my husband worked on after he emigrated from Spain to the US. It was one of my father's favorite homes to build, and paved the way for my husband to start learning the ropes of adobe construction."
